Avery Karrow-Lewis comes from Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. He currently attends Concordia College, Moorhead, as a sophomore studying piano performance, and hopes to one day become a collaborative pianist working with instrumentalists and singers alike. Avery has been playing piano since he was 5 years old, brought up as a classical musician with 11 years of formal training. A choir kid at heart, he loves to sing and has been singing in choir throughout all of his school career. He also enjoys playing piano in percussion ensemble, jazz band, and orchestra.
Avery was a student of Kathy’s last summer, and has since come back from college looking to broaden his horizon’s in the music teaching industry. He is eager to begin teaching his students and is ready to learn more himself.

If a student cancels a lesson with more than a 24-hour notice, we will reschedule to another agreed upon make-up lesson.
Anything under 24-hours notice is subject to no make-up lesson and still charged to account, except under specific circumstances (family emergency, illness, etc).
If a student is canceling half or more of their monthly lessons on a regular basis, they will be at risk of losing their spot in the studio.
If I cancel a lesson (illness, weather, absence, etc.), I will provide a make-up lesson. If no make-up date or time can be agreed upon, the missed lesson will be free of charge.
