Cancellation Policy

While we might hope that lessons would flow week-to-week with no interruptions, we recognize life doesn’t necessarily work that way!

We’re confident our students will take their scheduling commitments as seriously as we do, but in the event a cancellation should become necessary, we ask you make every effort to give us 24-hour notice. We ask you please notify the school as well as your instructor. Naturally, should any similar situation arise at our end, we will certainly extend the same courtesy to you!

Any potential re-scheduling can be worked out between the instructors and their students. Though Opus encourages its instructors to try their best to offer make-up lesson options, we would expect “no shows” or day-of cancellations (without notification) to be considered a paid lesson. Please be sure to check your instructor’s policies in regards to cancellations or missed lessons, as each individual instructor sets their own policy.
