Kaitlin Pearson

Kaitlin Pearson recently moved to Minneapolis after receiving a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.  This spring, she was awarded third prize at the National level in the Music Teachers National Association Young Artist Competition and appeared as the title role in USD Opera’s production of Massenet’s Cendrillon.

During her graduate studies, Kaitlin regularly taught voice lessons as part of her assistantship which sparked an interest in one-on-one instruction. Originally from Gretna, NE, she received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she developed a passion for bringing characters to life through art song, opera, and musical theatre.  Kaitlin strives to guide students towards individual, healthy, and confident vocal production through a variety of genres.
