Noel Mills Ford

Noel was born and raised in Iowa and grew up playing piano. She played clarinet and piano in bands at school and accompanied other students and choirs for various performance events. She also played piano for her church as both a soloist and accompanist. After a family approached her to teach piano lessons, she fell in love with sharing her passion for music with kids.

After moving to Iowa City for college, Noel continued to play piano in chamber ensembles and continued her study in private lessons. After graduating from the University of Iowa with bachelor’s and master’s degrees, she moved to the Twin Cities with her husband. She works in consulting and enjoys traveling, visiting friends and family and, of course, playing and teaching piano.
