Samuel J. Fitzer has combined both experience and educational philosophies into a method that serves as a catalyst for the growing mind. The process of creation is viewed in the educational community as the highest and most complex of all thinking processes. These ideas help guide Sam’s high energy approach with tried and true music education methods.
At the age of two, Sam was introduced to music through a family acquaintance offering private lessons. His life hasn’t been the same since, as music has saturated every part of it. After grade school was completed, Sam went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Instrumental Music Education issued by Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall Minnesota. Sam taught professionally in Milroy Area Schools from 2012-2014, and privately since his departure. Sam has composed privately for many years, working towards his ultimate goal to complete a modern musical score, worthy of a Broadway performance.
Over the span of 29 years, Sam has mastered the ability to guide and inspire students, no matter the age, to achieve whatever they set out to do.
“I ask every new student the same question:
What brought you here, and where is it taking you next?”
