David Stoddard is an award-winning songwriter, composer, and musician. He holds a Master’s Degree in Music Education from North Dakota State University and has taught both in classrooms and in private studios. David is incredible with children and adults alike, and has a special talent for instilling the love and joy of music in his students. He has taught music for nearly 25 years, and works with students of any age or ability level.
At Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC):
David teaches Music Theory, Rock and Pop History, Class Guitar, Class Piano, American Musical Heritage, and Music Technology. As well, David is the Choir Accompanist for MCTC Fergus Falls Campus.
In his spare time he enjoys being in the north woods, visiting the Great Lakes, or watching football on TV.

Attendance Policy
Knowing that there are plenty of curve balls in real life, I would appreciate 24-hour notice for missed lessons. I will try to give at least a month’s notice for times when I’ll not be available.
