Families and Friends,

My message will be shorter than usual this month. I’m writing to you with great sorrow, but also great strength, for our world. I have a deep passion for the betterment and well-being of humanity. When there are so many people who are hurting, what can I do? What can WE do?

We take action, whatever taking action looks like to you. Share a sentiment with someone, give a warm smile to someone, HIGH FIVE or FIST BUMP someone-especially if they look like they could use a cheerleader.

And,

Listen to music.

Music for healing:

YoYo Ma and Kathryn Stott: “Ol’ Man River”, from Yo Yo’s “Songs of Comfort and Hope”

Solfeggio Frequencies to Regulate your Nervous System

Gregory Porter and pianist Chip Crawford, “No Love Dying”

This is not a “DOG EAT DOG” world, though it may seem that way. Look after each other, take care of each other. Be gentle and forgiving with one another.

Love will always win.

Yours in Service,

Kathy Petersen
